Bay Beach Place will be available from Monday 7 June 2010 to 13 July 2010.

Bay Beach Place is available for a daily rental of between R6,000 and R7,500 per day.

A non refundable deposit of 75% of the full booking is required in order to secure your booking.
The final 25% is required by 1 March 2010.
Reservations that are made after 1 March 2010 will be required to be paid in full in order to confirm the reservation.

A tax invoice will be issued on confirmation of your booking.

All bookings are confirmed on confirmation after receipt of the 75% deposit or 100% deposit as the case may be.
All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

Should there be a cancellation at any stage, all deposits paid will be retained and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Please ensure that you have Travel Insurance to cover any Medical emergencies or should a situation arise whereby you need to cancel or make amendments to your current travel arrangements.

Guests will be liable for all breakages and damage. A pre-authorisation for R10,000 against a VISA or MasterCard will be required as security

The onus is on guests to secure their own tickets for the World Cup matches. We do not have a supply of tickets.

Bay Beach Place will not arrange for domestic flights over the World Cup due to a lack of availability. Please ensure that you reserve your domestic flights as add-ons onto your international flight.

Guests are strongly urged to secure a suitable vehicle from a reputable car hire company as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. We are able to assist in this regard but do not provide any guarantee.

For the comfort of the next guests and to comply with South African law, we ask guests not to smoke inside.

Standard check in time is from 14h00 to 18h00 on date of arrival. Check in times are from 14h00 each day. There will be an early or late check-in fee of R250 for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00 which amount will be payable on the date of arrival.

Check-out time is 10h00 on the day of departure.
To guarantee early check in or late departures, the house will need to be booked for an additional day.

Children that are older than 8 years are welcome. However the use of all facilities, including the swimming pool, is at your own risk.

The house will be serviced on a daily basis from Monday to Saturday. It will not be serviced on Sunday.

Guests will be required to abide by the rules of the Homeowners Association. This includes observing rules normally associated with living in a community such as noise levels. Failure to comply with these rules may result in guests being asked to vacate the premises without a refund.

Guests are required to sign a registration form on check-in to comply with South African law. This form includes a disclaimer for any liability of whatsoever nature that may arise as a result of the guests staying at Bay Beach Place.

The Proprietor, its agent/s and/ or its employee/s (“the Proprietor”) shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive and abandon any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.

The guest/s in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
